Citronella Grass (Cymbopogon nardus)

Can anyone help Tarn? Ed.

Hi,

I was hoping that someone might be able to advise me on growing Cymbopogon nardus (Citronella Grass) in Weston Creek.   I have read that the it can cause serious problems for cattle etc if spread to paddocks etc and have never seen any in our area…..even the local garden centre claimed that no such plant existed!!  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Is this grass the similar to Lemongrass? I have some Lemongrass growing in my yard at Holt.
